I really enjoyed a recent yoga shoot at the new studio at WSC. I had a flash pointed into a reflector on a stand to the right and a flash on-camera bouncing off the ceiling.

I hope to do some more Yoga photos outdoors this summer!

Great showing at the elementary school talent show on Friday! We had a great time and I'm extra proud of my son who got second!

We've had a good storm cycle for the past couple of weeks and my son is really getting the hang of powder skiing. Sure is fun!
I shot this on my new Pentax K-5 and DA 40mm Limited lens at Monarch Mountain, Co recently. A pretty compact combo that I have really been enjoying lately. The weather seals of this camera give me a little more confidence using it in harsh conditions and it just feels right in my hand.

The Farmer's Almanac says a ring around the moon foretells unsettled weather. I really hope that means more powder this weekend!
